This portion of the website is to be used by educational institutions approved by the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services.

As of November 19, 2003, 202 KAR 7:601 covers educational institutions and courses provided to students.  New forms are now available to be utilized by your educational institution.  To assure that you have the newest form, continue to check this section of the website.
