For initial and renewal licensure for Class I, II, III, IV, VI, & VII; application for name change and ownership. Fees: $250.00 for Class I, II, III, IV and VII for up to 5 vehicles and $25.00 for each vehicle over 5; $250.00 for Class VI. $1500.00 for initial licensure for Class I, II, III, IV and VII; $250.00 for Class VI.
