This portion of the website is to be used by Ambulance Providers that are licensed to provide Emergency and Non-Emergency Medical Services to the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Inspection Process |
|
During the process of re-licensing for the year 2008 we are asking that you follow the below schedule. This will also hopefully help you in doing your budget for 2007-08.
- Between now and October 31, 2007 an inspection will be conducted at your service for the purpose of re-licensing.

September 1, 2007 letters and applications will be mailed to all services to be completed for the 2008 license. Services will have until October 31, 2007 at the close of business to submit application and fees to our office.

We will be processing applications as they are received in the month of October. This time frame should allow services to receive their new license by November 1, 2007.

Should services submit an application and fees prior to September 1, 2007 we will be returning this information back to you.

Meeting to be held at Nelson Co Ambulance Service located at 1301 Atkinson Hill Ave., Bardstown, KY on May 17, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
