REMINDER: NOVEMBER 14, 2008 is the submission deadline if you want to make sure that your Certification is renewed by December 31, 2008. Applications received after that date are not guaranteed to be processed and returned by December 31, 2008. The KBEMS office will be closed starting at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, December 19, 2008 through 8:00 A.M. January 5, 2009. No applications will be processed during the annual institutional closing.
